OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REAPPOINTING DONALD J WEINLAND AS
ASSISTANT MUNICIPAL JUDGE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is necessary to provide an Assistant Municipal Judge to serve in the
absence of the Municipal Court Judge, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to reappoint
Donald J Weinland as Assistant Municipal Judge
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Donald J Weinland be, and he hereby is, appointed Assistant
Municipal Judge to serve for a term to begin July 1, 1983, and ending June
30, 1985
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of June, A D 1983
