OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Senior Advisory Board due to the resignation
of Bud Herin; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Telecommunications Board due to the
resignation of Jason Rist; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Water Board due to the resignation of Doug
Yadon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make appointments to fill these vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons are hereby appointed to fill current vacancies on the
boards and commissions hereinafter indicated, with terms to begin immediately and to expire as set
forth after each name:
Senior Advisory Board Expiration of Term
Linda Iverson December 31, 2010
Telecommunications Board Expiration of Term
Sean Rees December 31, 2010
Water Board Expiration of Term
Brian Brown December 31, 2011
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of t4Counc' the City of Fort Collins this 17th
day of February A.D. 2009.
