OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING FINDINGS CONCERNING THE AMENDMENT TO
FAIRVIEW PUD, PHASE II
WHEREAS, on August 23, 1982, the Planning and Zoning Board approved an
application to amend Phase II of the Fairview PUD by inclusion of a fast
food restaurant in said PUD, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3A of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins, a petition was filed with the City Clerk, appealing the decision
of the Planning and Zoning Board concerning said amendment to Phase II of
the Fairview PUD, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make certain findings concerning said
amendment to Phase II of the Fairview PUD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the Council does hereby find and determine that the
amendment to Phase II of the Fairview PUD was eligible to be submitted to
the Planning and Zoning Board for consideration and approval pursuant to
the Land Development Guidance System
Section 2 That the Council further finds and determines that said
amendment to Phase II of the Fairview PUD complies with all conditions and
criteria as set forth in the Land Development Guidance System
Section 3 That the Council hereby approves the amendment to Phase II
of the Fairview PUD
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
19th day of October 1982
