OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE PUD BUILDING HEIGHT
BENCHMARK DISTRICT MAP
WHEREAS, on October 2, 1979, the Council of the Cit of Fort Collins
adopted Resolution 79-92 thereby adopting a building hei t review criteria
for the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, accompanying said resolution at the ti a of Council adoption
was the PUD Building Height Benchmark District Map, nd
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort C lins wishes to amend said
map to bring the map into alignment with th Land Development Guidance
System, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Bo d recommended approval of said
amendment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the PUD Building Heig Benchmark District Map be, and the
same hereby is, amended by deletin therefrom Benchmark District No 2 and
designating areas contained ther in as a part of Benchmark District No
1
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
