RESOLUTION 82- 162 i
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
TRANSFERRING TITLE OF ALL REAL AND
PERSONAL PROPERTY AT FIRE STATION #1
TO THE POUDRE FIRE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, on December 22, 1981 , the City of Fort C lins entered into
an agreement with the Poudre Valley Fire Protection i strict relative to
the formation of a new entity to be known as th oudre Fire Authority,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article VII of sal agreement, both parties are
obligated to transfer to the Authority all ght, title and interest in any
and all real property and personal pro erty owned for the purpose of
providing fire and rescue services, and
WHEREAS, on October 11 , 1982 , he District unanimously passed a
resolution transferring title of all real and personal property from said
District to the Poudre Valley Fire thority, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the ity of Fort Collins wishes to convey all
right, title and interest of al real and personal property owned for the
purpose of providing fire and r scue services to the Poudre Fire Authority,
and
WHEREAS, said property s not used for municipal purposes, and
WHEREAS, said convey ce will be in the best interests of the City of
Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, B IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City f Fort Collins hereby transfers all right, title and
interest in that ce ain property known as Fire Station #1, and, more
particularly describ as follows, to-wit
Lot one 1) and the E twenty-five (25) feet of Lot 2
(2) , B1 k one hundred forty five in the City of Fort

Passeopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
