OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING FINDINGS CONCERNING THE HOLIDAY INN
PUD MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, on September 20, 1982, the Planning and Zoning Board ap-
proved, by a vote of 4 to 3, the Holiday Inn PUD Master Plan, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to §2-15 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, a
written petition was filed with the City Clerk, appealing the decision of
the Planning and Zoning Board concerning the aforementioned Master Plan,
and
WHEREAS, on December 7 , 1982, upon consideration of the Holiday Inn
P U D Master Plan, Council voted 6-1 to uphold the decision of the Plan-
ning and Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, as a result of its hearing of the matter on December 7, 1982,
the Council wishes to make findings concerning the Holiday Inn PUD Master
Plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the Council hereby finds and determines that the
Holiday Inn PUD Master Plan was submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board
for consideration pursuant to the Land Development Guidance System
Section 2 That the Council hereby finds and determines that the
Planning and Zoning Board did apply the Land Use Policy Plan in its con-
sideration of the Holiday Inn PUD Master Plan
Section 3 That the Council hereby upholds the decision of the
Planning and Zoning Board approving the 4oliday Inn PUD Master Plan
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of December, A D 1982
