OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING FINDINGS CONCERNING THE HOLIDAY INN
PUD PHASE ONE PRELIMINARY PLAN
WHEREAS, on October 25, 1982, the Planning and Zoning Board approved,
by a vote of 7 to 0 , the Holiday Inn PUD Phase One Preliminary Plan ,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to 2-15 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, a
written petition was filed with the City Clerk, appealing the decision of
the Planning and Zoning Board concerning the aforementioned plan, and
WHEREAS, on December 7, 1982, upon consideration of the Holiday Inn
P U D Phase One Preliminary Plan, Council voted 5-2 to uphold the decision
of the Planning and Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, as a result of its hearing of the matter on December 7, 1982,
the Council wishes to make findings concerning the Holiday Inn PUD Phase
One Preliminary Plan
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the Council hereby finds and determines that the
Holiday Inn PUD Phase One Preliminary Plan was submitted to the Planning
and Zoning Board for consideration pursuant to the Land Development Guid-
ance System
Section 2 That the Council hereby finds and determines that the
applicant satisfied the applicable criteria of the Land Development Guid-
ance system and therefore upholds the decision of the Planning and Zoning
Board approving the Holiday Inn PUD Phase One Preliminary Plan
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of December, A D 1982
