OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USE
OF AN ENERGY MANAGEMENT COMPUTER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the County of La n mer and the City of Fort Collins desire to
share an energy management computer system known as the JC85-20, and
WHEREAS, the City will own, operate, maintain and house the computer,
and
WHEREAS, the County shall lease use of the computer as well as pay
their share of operation and maintenance costs of the computer
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement with Larimer County for Joint use of an energy
management computer system to be known as the JC85-20
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
6th day of September, A D 1983
