RESOLUTION 84- 151
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR TRANSFORT
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins is committed to the
maintenance of a viable mass transportation system; and
WHEREAS, in order to remain a viable mass transportation system,
Transfort must recover a proportionate share of its operating costs ;
and
WHEREAS, Council feels that the most equitable way to raise revenue to
cover operating costs is by increasing rates now charged to those persons
utilizing the City' s Transfort System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following rate scheudule shall be in effect for Transfort
commencing January 1, 1985:
Regular Fare $ .55
Sr. Citizen Off-Peak Fare .25
10-Ride Pass 4.50
Monthly Pass 16.00
Sr. Citizen Annual Pass 15.00
Handicapped Annual Pass 15.00
Monthly Commuter Pass 9.00
Monthly Youth Pass 10.00
Children 5 and under Free
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held his
2nd day of October, A.D. 1984.
