RESOLUTION 84- 134
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CABLE ADVISORY BOARD
AND THE PUBLIC ACCESS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has conducted a Five Year Review of
the performance of The World Company dba Columbine CableVision, which
operates in the laity under a franchise agreement to provide cable tele-
vision service to the residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, during said Five Year Review, the Council of the City of Fort
Collins has determined the need for several Boards to monitor areas related
to cable television in the City; and
WHEREAS, the Council has directed the creation of a Board to be known
as the Cable Advisory Board to provide informal citizen input to Columbine
CableVision on an ongoing basis, and to deal with the internal uses for the
City of Fort Collins' cable television system; and
WHEREAS, the Council has also directed the creation of a Board to be
called the Public Advisory Board to promote public access programming in
Fort Collins ; and
WHEREAS; the membership of each Board will include an ex-officio
representative designated by Columbine CableVision; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make appointments to each of said
Boards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that:
Section 1. The following persons shall be appointed to the Cable
Advisory Board with terms to expire as indicated:

Section 2. The following persons shall be appointed to the Public
Access Advisory Board with terms to expire as indicated:

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins this 4th day of September, A.D. 1984.
