HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-117-08/21/1984-AMENDING RESOLUTION 84-94 PERTAINING TO THE HORSETOOTH ROAD SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 83 RESOLUTION 84-117 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING RESOLUTION 84-94 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS PERTAINING TO THE HORSETOOTH ROAD SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 83 WHEREAS, by Resolution 84-94, the Council of the City of Fort Collins did take certain steps toward the establishment of the Horsetooth Road Special Improvement District No. 83; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Resolution by mutual agreement of all of the parties, certain changes have been made in the scope of the improvements to be included in said District; and WHEREAS, as a result of said changes, it is necessary that the Council amend said Resolution in order that these changes may be accurately re- flected therein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, that Resolution 84-94 of the Council of the City of Fort Collins be amended as follows: Section 1. That paragraph 1 of said Resolution be amended to provide as follows: 1 . The Master Agreement constituting the Amended Petition submitted by the owners designated on said Agreement requesting the formation of the district is hereby received and accepted. Section 2. That paragraph 2 of said Resolution be amended to provide as follows: 2. The improvements to be constructed consist of a seventy foot flow line to flow line arterial street section including earth work, subgrade preparation, sub-base, pavement structure, concrete curb and gutter and five foot detached sidewalk along each side, adjustment of all existing street intersections, storm drainage facilities, extension to the north of the New Mercer Ditch box culvert crossing and streetscape landscaping . Section 3. That, except as above amended, Resolution 84-94 shall continue in full force and effect as previously adopted.
