OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE CITY'S STRUCTURE PLAN MAP TO COMPORT
WITH THE NORTHWEST SUBAREA PLAN
WHEREAS,by Resolution 2006-120,the Council of the City ofFort Collins has adopted the
Northwest Subarea Plan as an element of the City's Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, because of the adoption of the Northwest Subarea Plan, the Council has
determined that certain amendments should be made to the City's Structure Plan Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City's Structure Plan Map is hereby amended so as to appear as shown on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the C c' of the City of Fort C ns this 19th
day of December, A.D. 2006.
