RESOLUTION 95-1
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENEWING THE LANDMARK REHABILITATION
GRANT PROGRAM FOR 1995
WHEREAS, by Resolution 94-114, adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1994, the
Council established the Landmark Rehabilitation Grant Program (the 'Program") for the calendar
year 1994, which was to be administered as described in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, 1994 staffing levels did not permit the Program to be undertaken during
1994; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to extend the authorization for the Program so that
the same may be established for the calendar year 1995 upon the same terms and conditions
contained in Resolution 94-114.
WHEREAS, funds are available in the 1995 General Fund and unspent Program funds
from 1994 are available in prior year reserves to be appropriated for the 1995 Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Landmark Rehabilitation Grant Program established by Resolution 94-114 is
hereby authorized for the calendar year 1995, to be administered as described in Sections 2
through 6 of said Resolution.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 3rd day of
January, A.D., 1995, and to be presented for final passage on t 7th day of January, A.D.,
1995.
