OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on September 4, 1990, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 98,
1990 creating a Community Development Block Grant Commission (the "Commission") ;
and
WHEREAS, the Commission shall serve as an advisory body to the City Council
and shall provide recommendations to the Council concerning the expenditure of
Community Development Block Grant funds received from the Department of Housing
and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, applications have been solicited and Councilmembers Kirkpatrick
and Maxey have conducted interviews; and
WHEREAS, the Council made partial appointments at its February 5, 1991
meeting and now wishes to make the remaining appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed as members
of the Community Development Block Grant Commission, with terms to expire as
set forth after each name:
Carolyn Early July 1 , 1992
William Bertschy July 1, 1992
Joseph Zimlich July 1, 1993
Mary Clark July 1 , 1993
Thomas Byington July 1, 1993
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 19th
day of February, A.D. 1991.
