OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENEWING TEMPORARY USE PERMITS WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 730 UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City of Fort Collins obtains units of water
of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (CBT water) to satisfy the
City's water requirements; and
WHEREAS, the City holds seven hundred thirty (730) acre-foot units of CBT
water under Temporary Use Permits authorized by the District; and
WHEREAS, these Temporary Use Permits for 730 units expire on March 1 , 1991
and need to be renewed; and
WHEREAS, the City continues to own these units and desires to renew the
Temporary Use Permits for the above-mentioned seven hundred and thirty (730)
units of CBT water.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to file an application with
the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District for the renewal of Temporary
Use Permits for seven hundred thirty (730) units of CBT water for the use of the
City.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 19th day of February, A.D. 1991 .
