OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING AND REVISING FEES TO BE CHARGED AT
CITY PARK NINE, COLLINDALE, AND SOUTHRIDGE GOLF COURSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
following fees and charges schedule shall be in effect for City Park Nine,
Collindale, and SouthRidge Golf Courses commencing January 1, 1992.

1992 FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE
Daily Green Fees Collindale and City Park Nine SouthRidge
9-Hole Rate $ 7.00 $ 9.00
18-Hole Rate $12.00 $16.00
1 . Ten percent of each green fee rate at Collindale and City Park Nine shall
be applied to the Golf Fund Surcharge.
2. $1 .50 of the 9-hole rate and $2.50 of the 18-hole rate at SouthRidge shall
be applied to the SouthRidge Surcharge.
3. SouthRidge Green Fee rates will be reduced by roughly 10 percent for full
pre-payment of 10-play punch cards.
4. Administrative Golf Staff is hereby authorized to create a discount variable
rate structure of no more than 50% off the regular prices of SouthRidge
green fees in order to enhance revenues during non-prime times, slack times,
twilight, and to encourage junior golf programs; not including holidays or
tournament play..

5. All annual passes should be paid by March 1 of each year with the 1992
annual pass good until February 28, 1993.
6. Ten percent of each annual pass base rate will be placed into the Golf
Fund Surcharge.
7. "Half-Season" annual passes shall be available for sale, to be effective
August 15, at one-half the cost of the regular annual pass base rate.
8. Annual passes are limited only to those users having a Fort Collins
address, except those non-residents continuing to hold a pass which was
originally purchased prior to March 4, 1981 , when this residency policy
was established by City Council .
9. Administrative Golf staff is hereby authorized to reduce the cost of any
verifiable proof of annual pass base rate up to 50 percent for special
circumstances such as low income, medical conditions, relocation, etc. ,
if such action is warranted.
10. If financial circumstances warrant, Administrative Golf staff is hereby
authorized to allow customers to enter into a "Golf Annual Pass
Installment Payment Agreement." A $5-per-$100 installment service fee
will be added to the base cost of the pass, and there will be no more
than four installment payments allowed per customer.
11 . No annual passes at SouthRidge Golf Course.
12. An annual pass per play fee of 50 cents for up to each 9-holes of golf
will be charged on all annual pass player rounds over and above the annual
pass base rates.
Golf Fund Surcharge
Ten percent of each annual pass base rate and green fee rate at Collindale and
City Park Nine will be applied to the Golf Fund surcharge revenue. These
surcharge funds can be used for any golf purpose, as approved and appropriated
by City Council with the primary utilization for capital outlay/equipment
replacement purposes.
SouthRidge Surcharge
A surcharge fee of $1 .50 on 9-holes and $2.50 on 18-holes of golf is already
included in SouthRidge Green Fees to increase SouthRidge revenues to help offset
the SouthRidge construction debt.
Golf Car Rental Fees
City-Owned Golf Cars (including sales tax) at Collindale and City Park Nine:

City-Owned Golf Cars (including sales tax) at SouthRidge:
9-Holes Regular $ 9.46 + .54 cents = $10.00
18-Holes Regular $15.13 + .87 cents = $16.00
9-Holes Senior/Discounted $ 7.09 + .41 cents = $ 7.50
18-Holes Senior/Discounted $11 .35 + .65 cents = $12.00
1 . Senior Citizens, age 62 and over, receive a special discount rate on golf
car rental during "non-peak" hours only, as posted.
2. Administrative Golf staff may provide discounted fees for appropriate proven
special circumstances, such as physical/medical handicap or limitation or
low income, if such action is warranted.
3. If the sales tax rate changes during the year, the total fee charged for golf
car rental at Collindale, City Park Nine, and SouthRidge will remain the same
and the additional (or reduced) sales tax will be paid out of the fee.

** A returnable $15 clean-up deposit fee will be required for renters of the
clubhouses, and will not be returned if the premises are not thoroughly
cleaned.
All fees and charges take effect January 1, 1992, and those customers purchasing
these 1992 services prior to that date will pay the 1992 rates.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 19th
