OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 9 ACRE-FOOT UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City obtains units of water of the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District in satisfaction of the City
raw water requirements; and
WHEREAS, J. Moody wishes to transfer to the City nine (9) units of
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District water to apply on the re-
quirements for Hill Pond, 2nd Filing; and
WHEREAS, said transfer can be accomplished through the issuance of a
Temporary Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a Temporary Use Permit granted by the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District for nine (9) acre foot units of CBT water for the use
of the City be, and the same hereby is, approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 2nd day of April , A,.D.. 1985.
