OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF
WATER QUALITY AND FLOW DATA IN 1985
WHEREAS, the City operates and maintains a high muntain reservoir on
the Cache La Poudre River; and
WHEREAS, City wastewater discharge activities have had a certain
impact on water characteristics of the Cache La Poudre River; and
WHEREAS, for the aforesaid reasons, the Council of the City of Fort
Collins has determined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of
the City that said water program be continued for the calendar year 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement with the Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments for
the continuation of the water quality and quantity monitoring program for
the 1985 calendar year, in consideration of the payment by the City of a
sum not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars and
Fifty Cents ($25,320.50) .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
2nd day of April , A.D. 1985.
