OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
THE ASSOCIATED STUDENTS OF COLORADO
STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING TRANSFORT SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into an agreement with the
Associated Students of Colorado State University for the provision of
Transfort services to full-time CSU students; and
WHEREAS, the Office of International Training Programs has requested
the provision of Transfort services for International Students Associated
with its programs upon the payment of $3.30 per semester per student;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interest of Transfort that an Addendum to the Agreement
be entered into with the Associated Students of Colorado State University
for the provision of Transfort services to students associated with the
Office of International Programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an addendum to the agreement with the Associated Students of Colorado
State University for the purpose of providing Transfort services to stu-
dents associated with the Office of International Training Programs upon
the payment of $3.30 per semester per student.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins this 16th day of April , A.D. 1985.
