OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
LEGISLATIVE REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints Councilmembers to serve certain Council
committees; and
WHEREAS,Resolution 2005-044 named Councilmember Kurt Kastein as a member of the
Legislative Review Committee(the "Committee"); and
WHEREAS,because of other commitments,Councilmember Kastein has expressed a desire
to be relieved of his service on the Legislative Review Committee: and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Ben Manvel has expressed a desire to be appointed to the
Committee.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT COLLINS,
that Councilmember Ben Manvel is hereby appointed to serve on the Legislative Review
Committee.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 17th day of January,
A.D. 2006.
