OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT GIVING THE CITY THE OPTION
TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2711 SOUTH
TAFT HILL ROAD, FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City needs to acquire the property located at 2711 South Taft
Hill Road for the purpose of locating a regional stormwater detention facility
and for the widening of South Taft Hill Road; and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the property located at 2711 South Taft Hill
Road is in the best interests of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated an irrevocable Option Agreement with
Christine A. Bryan that provides the City with the option to purchase the
property through 1996 for the following amounts:

1992 $148,260
1993 $147,390
1994 $146,520
1995 $145,650
1996 $144,780
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to execute an Option
Agreement for purchase of real property with Christine A. Bryan pertaining to
the property located at 2711 South Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, Colorado, on
the terms and conditions set forth above.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 2nd day of July, A.D. 1991 .
