OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION
TO BARBARA LIEBLER FOR HER CONTRIBUTIONS TO
— THE COMMUNITY AS COUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, Barbara Liebler served as a Councilmember representing
Council District 2 from her appointment on June 3, 1986 until April 14,
1987; and
WHEREAS, Barbara Liebler has also served on the Fort Collins
Convention and Visitor's Bureau, Economic Development Subcommittee, and
Finance Committee, and as liaison to various Boards and Commissions and on
numerous other Council committees during her tenure; and
WHEREAS, this period of time has seen great growth and change in the
City, and Barbara Liebler was called upon to devote substantial time and
energy to the affairs of the City of Fort Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to
Barbara Liebler for her service and contributions to the community as
Councilmember.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of April , A.D. 1987.
