OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
IN SUPPORT OF THE ORGANIZATION OF A FOURTH
OF JULY PARADE
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins does not presently have an annual
Fourth of July parade; and
WHEREAS, a Fourth of July parade would enhance the celebration of
Independence Day for the citizens of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to acknowlege its support of the organization
of the Fourth of July parade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City hereby gives its full support to the organization of
an annual Fourth of July parade to occur within the City.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
20th day of November, 1984.
