OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ACCEPTING, APPROVING AND ADOPTING STORM DRAINAGE
DESIGN CRITERIA AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS
WHEREAS, the staff of the City has prepared a manual entitled "Storm
Drainage Design Criteria and Construction Standards", the purpose of which
is to set forth the technical criteria to be used in the analysis, design,
and construction of drainage systems within the City and its Urban Growth
Area; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid manual has been reviewed by committees repre-
senting the private consultant design sector, developers, licensed con-
tractors in the City, and the Storm Drainage Board; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of said "Storm Drainage Design Criteria and
Construction Standards" is deemed by the Council of the City of Fort
Collins to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that said "Storm Drainage Design Criteria and Construction Stan-
dards" be, and the same hereby is, accepted, approved and adopted.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 20th day of March, A.D.�19984.
