OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 94-25 REGARDING FORT FUND DISBURSEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City disburses funds from the City's Cultural Development and
Programming Account in accordance with the provisions of Section 25-244 of the
City Code through its Fort Fund Program; and
WHEREAS, the City's Cultural Resources Board ("the Board") reviews
applications for Fort Fund monies and makes recommendation to the City Council
in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 2-203(3) of the City Code;
and
WHEREAS, based on previous recommendations from the Board, the Council
adopted Resolution 94-25 on February 15, 1994, which Resolution approved the
disbursement of funds in accordance with the recommendations of the Board; and
WHEREAS, the Council has received an additional recommendation from the
Board that funding be approved for the Cinco de Mayo Celebration in the amount
of $2,200; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to approve this recommendation of the Board and
amend Resolution 94-25 accordingly; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have previously been appropriated and remain
available to fund such additional disbursement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
Section 1. That the disbursement of Twenty-two Hundred Dollars ($2,200)
from the City's Cultural Development and Programming Account to the Cinco de Mayo
Committee is hereby approved by the Council .
Section 2. That Exhibit "A" to Resolution 94-25 is hereby amended so as
to include the foregoing disbursement, as shown on the amended Exhibit "A,"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the Ci of Fort
Collins held this 1st day of March, A.D. 1994.
