OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REAPPOINTING KATHLEEN M. ALLIN AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN ADDENDUM TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND KATHLEEN M. ALLIN
WHEREAS, Article VII of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins requires
that the City Council appoint a Municipal Judge for a two-year term; and
WHEREAS, Kathleen M. Allin's current term of service as Municipal Judge
will expire on June 30, 1991 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reappoint Kathleen M. Allin as
Municipal Judge for an additional two-year term; and
WHEREAS, the City and Kathleen M. Allin have agreed to enter into an
addendum to the existing Employment Agreement, extending the Agreement for an
additional term of two years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
Section 1 . That Kathleen M. Allin be, and she hereby is, reappointed
Municipal Judge for the City of Fort Collins for a two-year term commencing July
1, 1991 and ending June 30, 1993.
Section 2. That the Mayor be, and she hereby is, authorized to execute
an addendum to the existing Employment Agreement between the City and Kathleen
M. Allin extending said Agreement for a term of two years, upon the same terms
and conditions as set out in said Agreement.
Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this llth day of June, A.D. 1991 .
