OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
POWER LINE LICENSE AGREEMENT RENEWAL WITH
UNION PACIFIC LAND RESOURCES CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Union Pacific Land Resources Corporation ("Licensor") has tendered
to the City of Fort Collins ("City") a Supplemental License Agreement covering
an overhead power wire line encroachment at Fort Collins, Colorado, identified
in the Licensor's records as Agreement Audit No. 40458 and Railroad Audit No.
146429; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the best interests of the
Ci .y will be served by the acceptance of said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
Section 1 . That the terms of the Supplemental License Agreement submitted
by the Licensor as aforesaid be, and the same hereby is, accepted on behalf of
the City.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized, empowered and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City; and that the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to attest said Agreement and to attach to each
duplicate original of said Agreement a certified copy of this Resolution.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 21st day of May, A.D. 1991 .r
