OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE CITY'S STRUCTURE PLAN MAP
TO COMPORT WITH THE NORTHSIDE NEIGHBORHOODS PLAN
WHEREAS,by Resolution 2005-001 the Council of the City of Fort Collins has adopted the
Northside Neighborhoods Plan as an element of the City's Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS,because of the adoption of the Northside Neighborhoods Plan, the Council has
determined that an amendment should be made to the City's Structure Plan Map by including the
"Stream Corridor"for the Josh Ames Ditch/Dry Creek in order to guide future development decsions
to preserve existing natural features along the riparian channel; and
WHEREAS,the Council has determined that the proposed amendment to the City's Structure
Plan Map is in the best interests of the citizens of the City.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City's Structure Plan Map is hereby amended so as to appear as shown on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held th' 18th day of January,
A.D. 2005.
