HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-125-11/29/2005-CORRECTING A CITY STRUCTURE PLAN MAP ERROR REGARDING THE LIFESTYLE SHOPPING CENTER ON HARMONY ROAD RESOLUTION 2005-125 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS CORRECTING A CITY STRUCTURE PLAN MAP COLOR ERROR REGARDING THE LIFESTYLE SHOPPING CENTER ON HARMONY ROAD WHEREAS,on July 15,2003,the City Council adopted Resolution 2003-086 amending the Harmony Corridor Plan to allow for the potential development of a lifestyle shopping center in the corridor and identified the specific location for the shopping center as a"mixed-use activity center"; and WHEREAS,on May 4,2004,the City Council adopted Resolution 2004-058 which,among other things, amended the City Structure Plan Map to delineate the boundaries of the new "mixed- use activity center" land use designation but, in so doing,approved the Structure Plan Map with the incorrect color for the lifestyle shopping center; and WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is to correct the error in color so as to show the "Commercial Corridor District" color on the Structure Plan Map to identify the location for the lifestyle shopping center site. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the City Structure Plan Map dated January 18, 2005, is hereby amended so as to appear as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the City Council held this 29th day of November, A.D. 2005.
