OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPLYING TO NORTHERN COLORADO WATER
CONSERVANCY DISTRICT FOR CANCELLATION
OF TEMPORARY USE PERMITS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins holds 616 acre-foot units of CBT
water under Temporary Use Permits with the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District; and
WHEREAS, the NCWCD requires that all water held under Temporary Use
Permits be converted to a permanent Class B Contract after a period of five
years; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to convert the 616 acre-foot
units of CBT water to use under a permanent allotment contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be authorized to apply to the NCWCD for
cancellation of the Temporary Use Permits for the 616 acre-foot units of
CBT water.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 19th day of November, A.D. 1985.
