OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION
FOR RECODIFICATION AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has requested proposals for
analysis , revision and reorganization of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins; and
WHEREAS, a staff review committee has reviewed the proposals received
and has recommended that the contract be awarded to Municipal Code
Corporation; and
WHEREAS, funds are budgeted for the recodification project in the 1985
and 1986 budgets.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Municipal Code Corporation for the purpose of
providing recodification and supplementation services for the Code of the
City of Fort Collins for a term to run from January 1, 1986 to December 31 ,
1986.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
