OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE USE OF
LINCOLN CENTER FACILITIES AND SETTING THE
CRITERIA FOR PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY O� FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following rate schedule shall be in effect for
the utilization of all Lincoln Center facilities, commencing January 1,
1986.

Ludlow Rooms (per 4 hour period)

Section 2. Commercial organizations using Lincoln Center facilities
for the conduct of a commercial enterprise shall pay 5% of gross monies
received in addition to the rental rates as listed herein.
Section 3. Ticket prices' for the Lincoln Center Showstopper Series,
Dance Series and Children 's Series are established based on two criteris ;
cost of production, and regional and national marketing and pricing trends.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
1st day of October, A.D. 1985.
