OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
FILLING A VACANCY ON THE ECONOMIC VITALITY AND
SUSTAINABILITY PANEL
WHEREAS,on September 21,2004,City Council adopted Resolution 2004-134 appointing
the members of the Economic Vitality and Sustanability Panel (the "Panel"); and
WHEREAS, one of the members appointed by the Council to the Panel, Hank Gardner, is
unable to continue to serve on the Panel due to scheduling conflicts; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to fill the resulting vacancy on the Panel and believes that
Gary Amato would serve the community well as a member of the Panel.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Gary Amato is hereby appointed by the Council to serve as a member of the
Economic Vitality and Sustainability Panel, in place of Hank Gardner, for a term commencing as
of the effective date of this Resolution and continuing through November 15, 2006.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council this 15th day March,
A.D. 2005.
