OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENEWING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT FOR
THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-EIGHT ACRE FOOT
UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, in the past, the City obtained three hundred and forty eight
acre foot units of the waters of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District (CBT units) ; and
WHEREAS, said District tendered to the City a temporary use permit for
said CBT units, allocating such waters for the City's use; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to renew said temporary use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the temporary use permit granted by the Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District for 348 acre-foot units of CBT water for the use
of the City be, and it hereby is, renewed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized to execute the application for the renewal of said
temporary use permit on behalf of the City of Fort Collins.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
19th day of February, A.D. 1985.
