OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING A CITIZEN'S ADVISORY PANEL FOR
THE CITY MANAGER SEARCH
WHEREAS, the City Council has endorsed the participation of members of
the community in the search for a City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that a citizen' s advisory panel is
the most appropriate method of soliciting citizen input; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the citizen panel should be
involved in the process of developing a profile of the successful
candidate; and
WHEREAS, the Council has also determined that input should also be
sought during the final interview stage; and
WHEREAS, each member of this advisory panel wi11 provide a written
report on the strengths and weaknesses of each finalist and their
individual relative ranking of these finalists to the Council following the
final interviews.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be selected as members of the
Citizen's Advisory Panel on the City Manager Search:
Dick Suinn
David Neenan
Sue Walston
Ernie Chavez
Barbara Dean
Alan Apt
Ann Azari
Ron Walling
Ruth Rumley
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
15th day of October, A.D. 1985.
