OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ENTER INTO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
TDA COLORADO, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins current Transportation Development
Program will expire in December 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City has a newly developed Strategic Plan for transit
services within the city; and
WHEREAS, the Urban Mass Transportation Administration requires a
current and updated Transportation Development Program; and
WHEREAS, upon analysis of the proposals and through a competitive
procurement process, it has been determined that TDA Colorado, Inc. , should
be engaged to perform such work; and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated a fee not to exceed Fifty-eight
Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars (E58,860) for the completion of the
Transportation Development Program; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8-129 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins, no professional services agreement in excess of Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($20,000) shall be entered into until approved by the City Council
in an open meeting.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Purchasing Agent be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into a Professional Services Agreement with TDA Colorado, Inc. , in an
amount not to exceed Fifty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars
(E58,860) for the research, development, completion, and delivery of the
1990-1994 Transportation Development Program.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 18th day of July, A.D..�198 .
