OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE
COUNCIL ETHICS REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1989, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
passed on second reading Ordinance No. 112, 1989, thereby amending Section
2-569 of the Code of the City so as to establish an Ethics Review Board;
and
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Section 2 of said ordinance,
the passage of the same repealed all previous ordinances, resolutions,
policy statements, personnel rules and/or ordinances to the contrary; and
WHEREAS, the existing Board of Ethics of the Council was previously
established by Resolution 81-151, which has now been repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the existing Board of Ethics of the City Council be
and is hereby dissolved.
Section 2. That the following members of Council are hereby appointed
by Council to serve as members of the Ethics Review Board, to perform all
of the duties and functions of a member of the Board as provided by Section
2-569 of the Code:
Regular Member Dave Edwards
Regular Member Gerry Horak
Regular Member Ghuck Mabry
Alternate Member Loren Maxey
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of August, A.(D.p1989.
