HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-150-10/17/1995-ADVISORY COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS CIVIC ACTIVITY CENTER MASTER PLAN RESOLUTION 95-150 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ESTABLISHING AND MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO,THE CIVIC ACTIVITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS,the Council's Organizational Development Committee has determined that an advisory committee should be established for the purpose of providing advice to the Civic Activity Center Project Team and City consultants in the preparation of the Civic Activity Center Master Plan, and WHEREAS,invitations were sent to members of the City Plan Advisory Committee, several City Boards and Commissions, members of the former Larimer County Building Committee, and a broad spectrum of community members; and WHEREAS, the following persons have agreed, if appointed by the Council, to serve on the Civic Activity Center Advisory Committee. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the Civic Activity Center Advisory Committee be, and hereby is, established to provide advice to the Civic Activity Center Project Team and City consultants in the preparation of the Civic Activity Center Master Plan. Section 2. That the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as members of the Civic Activity Center Advisory Committee to serve until completion of the City Activity Center Master Plan as set forth below: Chuck Bowline Larry Kendall Bill Brown Mary Ann Martell Alex Chapman Anne Ostrye-Macdonald Scott Courtney Ramona Robertson Linda Coxen Jan Rodrigues Mark Driscoll Rick Sabo Tom Gleason _ Herb Schaal Bruce Hendee Steve Slezak Terence Hoagland Brian Soukup Tanya Spasev Eldon Ward John-David Sullivan Karen Weitkunat Stuart Van Meveren Jim Wurz Dave Veldman Nancy York Nancy Wallace Section 3. That the members of the Civic Activity Center Advisory Committee shall be subject to the attendance requirements contained in the Boards and Commissions Manual of the City. In the event that any such members are unable to comply with such requirements, or a vacancy is created on said Committee for any other reasons, the Organizational Development Committee shall recommend and approve replacement members for appointment by the City Council.
