OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH BONDI & CO. TO INCLUDE THE 1995 AUDIT
WHEREAS,Article 11, Section 17 of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins requires the City
Council to provide for an annual audit of the books and accounts of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement dated November 2, 1993, (the
"Agreement") with Bondi &Co. allows the City, at its sole option, to renew the Agreement for the
1995 audit; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is renewable for a fee of$45,100; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to renew the
Agreement for the 1995 audit.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that the renewal of the Professional Services Agreement with Bondi & Co. is hereby
approved and the Purchasing Director is hereby directed to sign a renewal agreement consistent with
this Resolution.
