OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING AND REVISING FEES TO BE CHARGED
FOR RECREATION DIVISION PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 23-114 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins, the City Council is authorized to lease interests in real property owned
in the name of the City, provided Council first finds, by resolution, that the
lease is in the best interest of the City; and
WHEREAS, the following Fees and Charges Schedule are consistent with the
Recreation Fee Policy of recovering direct costs through fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the following fees and charges schedule and is hereby approved and shall be
in effect for all Recreation Division programs, effective January 1, 1993, and
that the lease of recreation facilities at the rates set forth below is in the
best interests of the City:
