OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING AND REVISING FEES TO BE CHARGED AT
CITY PARK NINE, COLLINDALE, AND SOUTHRIDGE GOLF COURSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
following fees and charges schedule shall be in effect for City Park Nine,
Collindale, and SouthRidge Golf Courses effective January 1, 1993.

1 . Administrative Golf Staff is hereby authorized to utilize a discount
variable price structure of no more than 50% off the regular rates of
SouthRidge green fees in order to enhance revenues during non-prime times,
slack times, twilight, and to encourage junior golf programs, not including
holidays or for tournament play, as defined below:
A. Non-Prime Time Rates are applicable daily during the months of November
through February; on weekdays only during the month of March (excluding
holidays) ; and on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (except
holidays) from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. during the months of April
through October. Regular rates apply at all other times, except
twilight.
B. The Twilight Rate is applicable during the last 1-1/2 hour of the day
until published sunset.
C. The Junior Rate (Age 18 and under) is only available during non-prime
time, per each 9-holes of play.
2. SouthRidge Green Fee rates will be reduced by 10 percent for full pre-
payment of 10-play punch cards.

3. All 1993 annual passes shall be valid until February 28, 1994.
4. "Half-Season" annual passes shall be available for sale as of August 15,
1993, at one-half the cost of the regular annual base rate.
5. Annual passes shall be limited to those users having a Fort Collins address,
except for those non-residents continuing to hold a pass which was
originally purchased prior to March 4, 1981.
6. Administrative Golf staff is hereby authorized to reduce the cost of any
annual pass base rate up to 50 percent for proven special circumstances such
as low income, medical conditions, relocation, etc.
7. If financial circumstances warrant, Administrative Golf staff is hereby
authorized to allow customers to enter into a "Golf Annual Pass Installment
Payment Agreement. " A $5-per-$100 installment service fee will be added to
the base cost of the pass, and there will be no more than four installment
payments allowed per customer.
8. An annual pass per play fee of 50 cents for up to each 9-holes of golf will
be charged on all annual pass player rounds over and above the annual base
rates.
9. No annual passes shall be issued for SouthRidge Golf Course.
Golf Car Rental Fees (All Courses)

10. Senior Citizens, age 62 and over, shall receive a special discount rate on
golf car rentals during "non-peak" hours only, as posted.
11 . Administrative Golf staff may provide discounted golf car rental fees for
proven special circumstances, such as physical/medical handicap or
limitation, or low income.
12. If the sales tax rate changes during the year, the total fee charged for
golf car rental will remain the same and the additional (or reduced) sales
tax will be paid out of the fee.

All fees and charges take effect January 1, 1993, and those customers purchasing
these 1993 services prior to that date will pay the 1993 rates.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 17th
day of November, A.D. 1992.
