OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE LARIMER COUNTY
BUILDING PROJECT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Larimer County wishes to ensure broadly based input and consideration by
county residents into its building program to remedy over-crowding and security issues in County
facilities; and
WHEREAS, toward that end, Larimer County wishes to form an advisory committee
comprised of one elected official and one citizen from each of the Larimer County communities; and
WHEREAS, for at least twelve months, the committee will meet once each month to assist
Larimer County in the design and implementation of its building program; and
WHEREAS,Latimer County requested the Fort Collins City Council appoint a member of
City Council and a citizen to serve on the committee; and
WHEREAS,City Council's Organizational Development Committee recommends the Mayor
and a citizen chosen by the Leadership Team from the list of active applicants for City Boards and
Commissions be appointed to serve on the committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Mayor Ann Azari and James Swails are hereby appointed as representatives of the City of
Fort Collins to serve on the Larimer County Building Project Advisory Committee.
