OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CABLE TV BOARD AND
THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Cable TV Board due to the resignation of
Russell Legg; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy also exists on the Community Development Block Grant
Commission due to the resignation of Margarette Michaux; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed as members of the
boards and commissions hereinafter indicated, with a term to expire as set forth after their names:
