OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 225 UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City obtains units of water of the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District in satisfaction of the City
raw water requirements; and
WHEREAS, Hugo Anderson wishes to convey to the City two hundred and
twenty-five (225) units of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District
water at a price of $765/unit; and
WHEREAS, said conveyance can be accomplished through the issuance of a
Temporary Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a Temporary Use Permit granted by the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District for two hundred and twenty-five (225) units of CBT
water for the use of the City be, and the same hereby is, approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 16th day of December, A.D. 1986.
