OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT FOR THE SERVICES OF A GOLF
PROFESSIONAL AT THE COLLINDALE GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, the City presently has an agreement with The Bill Metier
Company for professional services at the Collindale Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, said agreement expires on December 31, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to again employ Bill Metier (as an employee
of the Bill Metier Company) as the Golf Professional at the Collindale Golf
Course; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared which would allow for the
continuation of said professional services at Collindale Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is for an initial term of one year with renewal
options for two one-year periods; and
WHEREAS, on November 19, 1986, the Golf Board met at a regularly
scheduled meeting and reviewed said agreement and recommends approval of
the proposed agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and
directed to enter into an agreement with The Bill Metier Company for
services as a golf professional at the Collindale Golf Course.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
4th day of December, 1986.
