OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE WATER SUPPLY AND
STORAGE COMPANY REGARDING WATER USE
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins owns certain shares of the capital
stock of the Water Supply and Storage Company; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Company have had an operational agreement
since 1974 which has provided for the conditions of ownership and use of
water represented by the shares owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Company desire to update said agreement to
allow the City to own and use up to 20 shares of stock plus up to five
shares of stock which may be acquired by Anheuser-Busch and transferred to
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Water Supply and Storage Company which will provide
for the City's ownership and use of up to a total of 25 shares of Company
stock.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 18th day of June, A..D�. 1985.
