OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REAPPOINTING JOHN J. TOBIN AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE
WHEREAS, Article XIV of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
requires that the City Council appoint a Municipal Judge for a two-year
term; and
WHEREAS, John J. Tobin's current term of service as Municipal Court
Judge will expire on June 30, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reappoint John J. Tobin as
Municipal Judge for an additional two-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that John J. Tobin be, and here hereby is, appointed as Municipal
Court Judge for the City of Fort Collins for a two-year term commending
July 1, 1985 and ending June 30, 1987.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
18th day of June, A.D. 1985.
