OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REAPPOINTING DONALD J. WEINLAND
AS ASSISTANT MUNICIPAL JUDGE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is necessary to provide an Assistant Municipal Judge to serve in the
absence of the Municipal Court Judge; and
WHEREAS, Donald J. Weinland' s current term of service as Assistant
Municipal Judge will expire on June 30, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to reappoint
Donald J. Weinland as Assistant Municipal Judge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Donald J. Weinland be, and he hereby is, appointed Assistant
Municipal Judge to serve for a term to begin July 1 , 1985, and ending June
30, 1987.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
18th day of June, A.D. 1985.
