OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
CACHE LA POUDRE BASIN-WIDE ADVISORY GROUP
WHEREAS, the Cache La Poudre Basin-wide study is about to begin and
will be funded by the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development
Authority; and
WHEREAS, an Advisory Group has been formed to provide input to the
consulting team that will conduct the study and review the proposed plan of
study; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Group is to consist of representatives of a
broad cross-section of the interests in the area; and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins , it is appropriate that the City be represented on said Advisory
Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Councilmember Gerry Horak be, and hereby is, designated as the
City of Fort Collins representative on the Cache La Poudre Basin-wide
Advisory Group.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 18th day of June, A.D. 1985.
