OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT
FOR THE ANHEUSER-BUSCH PROCESS WASTE LINE
WHEREAS, in order to extend the Anheuser-Busch process waste line into
the City 's Wastewater Treatment Plant #2, it is necessary that an easement
of approximately one hundred and fifty feet (150' ) in length be granted to
Anheuser-Busch across the wastewater treatment plant site property; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Council of the City of Fort
Collins that a conveyance of said easement to Anheuser-Busch in
consideration of the payment by Anheuser-Busch of One Dollar and Fifty
Cents ($1.50) per foot is in the best interests of the citizens of the
City ; and
WHEREAS, such property is not used nor intended to be used for
municipal purposes, nor secured for the purposes of being used for
municipal purposes, and it is in the best interests of the citizens of the
City of Fort Collins that the same be conveyed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized
to execute a good and sufficient easement conveyance to accomplish the
aforesaid purposes.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
16th day of July, A.D. 1985.
